• Home-cooked meals on request 🍲 — If you would like comforting, freshly cooked meals during your stay, our manager Ashokji will gladly arrange them for you. Please let him know 24 hours ahead. You can see his menu and pricing here. Special diets and infant meals are no problem — just tell Ashokji your preferences.
• Fully equipped kitchens 🍳 — Each villa has a well equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge, microwave, cookware and tableware) so you can easily prepare snacks, family breakfasts or late-night Maggi. The nearby market has multiple grocery stories which would have everything you need.
• Local dining & delivery 🚚 — We keep a short list of favourite local restaurants — from thin-crust pizza to Parsi classics and continental dishes — many deliver within ~30 minutes. Ask us for recommendations or we’ll place the order for you.
• Simonds Café ☕ — Visit our new South Indian café at the property entrance for coffee, amazing dosas and wadas, and excellent sweet items -- our Strawberry and Cream and Hot Chocolate are much loved!

Any food restrictions / is outside food allowed / is non-veg allowed?
Outside food is allowed and non-veg is fine; you can also self-cook in the fully equipped kitchen or order local delivery (many places deliver within ~30 minutes).
Do you have power back-up?
We have an inverter that powers Wi-Fi, lights and fans; being inside town limits means power usually returns faster than properties further away.
How good is the Wi-Fi and phone signal?
Very good — we have a fibre connection with excellent speeds most of the time; phone signal is strong in outdoor spaces.
Do you allow alcohol?
Moderate, responsible drinking is allowed but loud parties, excessive drinking or late-night music are not; we may refuse or end a stay that disturbs other guests.
What is your smoking policy?
No smoking indoors; outdoor smoking is permitted only in the parking area.
Is driver accommodation available?
We have space for one driver in our shared staff accommodation. It's available on first-come, first-serve basis at a cost per night of Rs. 500.
